Instructions

For Beef Short Ribs:

  1. Season the short ribs generously with salt and pepper.
  2. In a 6 or 8 quart Instant pot, press the saute function to estrus up the pot. Once hot, add oil.
  3. Sear beef, about 5-7 minutes per side, in batches if necessary. Remove beef and set bated.
